How do I find merchandise?

Searching for products is easy using one of the following methods:

The Popular Products section on the home page lists some of the best deals. Additionally, you can start a broad search by clicking on a category in the header navigation and using the filter options on the left to narrow your search results.

Use the search box to find auctions by keyword, product category, or location.

Sign up for email alerts and receive weekly emails and/or occasional special alert emails based on your preferences.

What are the differences in Product Conditions?

Brand New
New assets are in original packaging and possess all of the characteristics, qualities, and features as advertised by the manufacturer.

Refurbished
Refurbished assets are used, but have been inspected, tested, and restored to fully working condition. They rarely come in their original packaging and seldom contain any documentation or any additional parts and/or accessories.

Due to their operational history, refurbished assets possess noticeable cosmetic defects and/or blemishes, including but not limited to dents, scratches, and signs of age.

Returns
Returned merchandise was assets sold to a customer, who then either physically brought the item back to a store or mailed it to a specified location. Reasons for returning a product may not have any correlation to its utility (i.e., size, color, model, etc.), and as a result, may be in fine working order.

Returns may not come in their original packaging and often do not have any of the advertised documentation or additional parts and/or accessories. Accordingly, returns can exhibit a wide range of individual product and package conditions that can differ substantially from the original manufacturing.

Like New/Fair
The product is in good condition. It may be slightly deformed due to collision and have defects or flaws in appearance, but the product function is not impaired.

How can I know where the product is located?

The location of the product can be found above the "ADD TO CART" box on the product page. In addition, it is recommended to contact the sales manager to obtain the exact stock address and quantity.

How can I cancel an offer?

Your offer is a binding contract. Once the bid has been placed, it cannot be canceled or retracted. If you are the winner and unable to complete the transaction, please contact us at 1-516-280-7651 as soon as possible to determine your options.

Can I inspect the equipment myself?

Because equipment is not evenly distributed when it is sold, you need to call in advance to arrange a confirmed inspection time and location.

How do I pay?

1. You can buy online and pay with a credit card;
2. If you need a offer, contact the sales manager by email or phone to discuss the transaction products and transaction amount. The final amount can be paid by credit card or bank account transfer;
3. Of course, you can also buy on-site and pay in cash.

What are the different payment options?

Are there any other fees?

In addition to the price of the merchandise, due to state sales tax laws, we must collect taxes from any person or business that purchases products on Industrialnest.com.

If you or your organization is tax-exempt, we must obtain the proper documentation to exempt your transaction from sales tax.

In addition, you will also be responsible for the full shipping costs, payable directly to the company you hire to transport the equipment.

Shipping & Return

Who is responsible for shipping and/or shipping costs?

You, the buyer, are responsible for all shipping costs including duties and taxes for international shipments.

Can the seller provide loading?

Yes. The seller can load the goods onto the buyer's truck.

What is the return policy?

IndustrialNest does not accept returns. We support buyers to inspect the goods on site before picking up the goods, and the transaction cannot be reversed after the buyer confirms it. If you encounter any problems with product parts, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving the goods. Valid dispute claims will be handled in a mutually beneficial manner.
